  • Do I need virtual reality headset to play? - Ideally yes. At the moment we support SteamVR ( Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Windows MR, Valve Index ) and Meta Quest. You can also play on Windows PC via Steam with keyboard and mouse.
  • How do I get access to Waszp, Cat or Opti in the game? - You need an active "Sailing Pass".
  • "Sailing pass" - what is it and how do I get it? - "Sailing pass" unlocks extra content in the MarineVerse Cup. It is valid for a period of time. Learn more.
  • Can I bring my crew on the boat? - Yes, use multiplayer "co-op" mode. You can also create videos and cast your session to a tablet or PC. The PC version of the game also allows you to change the camera position, so you can jump between boats in a race and see what other sailor are doing, so that's a good way to create demo videos.
  • Is there a way to just go sailing (not racing)? - Yes. You can find 'Free Sail' mode in the Locations screen.
  • Can I disable VR Tunneling effect when turning? - Yes. In Settings -> VR Comfort.
  • What is a MarineVerse Cup League? - Racing in MarineVerse Cup is organised in Leagues based on geographic location and a skill level. You can find a list of leauges here.
