Why MarineVerse?
I took sailing and racing lessons for about a decade through MBYC in Michigan while growing up, crewed on yacht class boats competitively for a short time, and sailed in my free time with family.
Sailing experience:
I've never sailed long distance. I've got hundreds and hundreds of hours of great lakes training and have sailed in dozens of regattas, mostly on my own or with crew / as crew in FJs, 420s, occasionally in a butterfly or laser, and even more occasionally as crew on competitive yachts.
