This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) governs your use of the MarineVerse Service, including our website located at www.marineverse.com, our applications including without limitation the MarineVerse Cup, VR Regatta, Big Breezy Boat and Pancake Sailor, as well as our associated services (the “MarineVerse Services”).

This Privacy Policy details how we comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the “Privacy Act”), the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) and to the extent that it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), in relation to the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your information and data.

This includes information that may identify your device, your operating system, your IP address, and dates and times that you access and use the Marineverse Services. This information is primarily used to resolve any technical issues that may arise, or for statistical analysis to help us to improve the Marineverse Services.

You can request deletion of your account by navigating to "Account" tab at https://www.marineverse.com/my-profile and clicking "Delete Account" button. Deleting your account with result in removal of your data from our systems.

The MarineVerse Service is intended for a general audience, and is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information of persons under eighteen (18) years of the age without their parent and/or guardian’s consent. If you are a California resident under 18 years old and registered to use the Marineverse Services, you can ask us to remove any content or information you have posted on the Marineverse Services in accordance with the U.S. Children’s Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). To make a request, email us at privacy@marineverse.com with “California Under 18 Content Removal Request” in the subject line, and tell us what you want removed. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post from prospective public view, although we cannot ensure the complete or comprehensive removal of the content and may retain the content as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We may update and change this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. Any variations become effective on posting the updated Privacy Policy on our website.
